If you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages from Rilo Equity, the following terms apply:

Purpose: We send text messages to existing clients with active contracts regarding service updates, appointment reminders, document requests, and responses to client inquiries. We do not send marketing messages.

Consent: By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive text communications from Rilo Equity. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on client needs, typically 1-3 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message.
